Over the course of her career, she has held nearly every role in the care ecosystem—caregiver, staffing coordinator, business owner, and technology developer. She’s worked closely with employees, employers, and care providers alike, gaining a 360-degree view of what care looks like in practice. Beyond her professional experience, Sharon has also navigated the personal realities of balancing career and caregiving responsibilities at home—giving her a deep, empathetic understanding of the challenges working individuals and families face every day.
That lived experience is the foundation of CorporateCARE Solutions. Sharon led the development of the technology platform with one goal in mind: to build a system that works— for everyone involved. Her decades in the care industry taught her what families need, what providers face, and what employers are missing when care breaks down.
As a breast cancer survivor and seasoned entrepreneur, Sharon leads with empathy, innovation, and resilience. While CorporateCARE Solutions is powered by a dedicated team, it’s her hands-on insight—earned over years of being in the trenches—that shapes the company’s human-first approach.
